The new Citroen supermini-MPV was snapped - from behind - with almost no disguise on at all, but the French company is confident that it will go straight to the top of the range. The new model is rumoured to be badged Monospace, and it will be based on the same platform as the all-new C3 hatchback. The car has very distinguishable high mounted tail-lights and it will feature large headlights, chunky bumpers and a double-chevron grille. The car will have a panoramic windscreen and an spacious interior. The new model has taken styling tips from the C4 Picasso. The model will come with a choice of a 1.6-litre normal aspirated, a turbocharged petrol and a HDi diesel engine. They will all come with the option of automatic, manual or clutchless SensoDrive transmissions. The C3 supermini-MPV will make its debut next year to rival the Renault Modus and Vauxhall Mervia.
